Describe the question In the configuration/backup tab all files created have a size of 0 bytes.

DB BACKUP
SYSPASS BACKUP
XML SYSPASS

OS: Rocky Linux

Browser: Firefox, Chrome

Hello, could you provide the syspass.log file? (you can get it from Configuration > Information tab

I am affected by the same issue, running SysPass on Alma Linux 8.6. I tried to download the syspass.log with the steps you provided, but the generated file also has a size of 0 bytes.

Hello, as Kopperp says, following your steps, the syspass.log file also has a size of 0 bytes. Sorry for the delay in answering.

Hello, same problem here with fresh installed 3.2 (3211.22070201) . no errors on php errors log or httpd (apache) error logs. Simply all the downloads size is 0 bytes

Affects me too. By the way if I look into /var/www/html/syspass/app/backup/ backup files are fine and not empty. Nothing interesting in syspass.log.
