As per the title, I'm wondering if I should still be using this module or use plain axios to get the latest features / bugfixes?

Wondering the same. Why is it using such an old version of axios?

Let's say this repo s not maintained in the worst case scenario, what then? use plain old axios?
Can anyone continue this comment section on how you ll use plain old axios everywhere and substitute the features offered by this module with plain axios
