Steps to reproduce

add page with NuxtChild (/pages/about.vue)
add child page (/pages/about/hoge.vue)
see sitemap.xml

What is Expected?

Generate sitemap.xml with /about

What is actually happening?

/about URL is not exists in sitemap.xml
