Deprecate the template #80

What problem does this feature solve?

We have to deprecate the template in favor of create-nuxt-app. Otherwise, problems will arise when people try to use it.

The deprecation is already visible in the README, but it'd be great to have a message when people try to use the template.

This feature request is available on Nuxt community (#c56)
