"export 'parse' (imported as 'parseCookie') was not found in 'cookie' 
 WARN  in ./node_modules/@nuxtjs/universal-storage/dist/runtime/storage.js                                             
"export 'serialize' (imported as 'serializeCookie') was not found in 'cookie'  
 as the title says it cannot find depenedecies
