[admin] Add tags to projects

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The more I have projects within the admin dashboard, the more it become difficult to know if the project is a draft, an experiment, or a production project.

Describe the solution you'd like Add the ability to add tags to projects so that I can easily find old and non-production projects to remove them.

Describe alternatives you've considered I have to remember everything!
