docs: update blob.md to match the ensureBlob types #371

Hi !

It looks like the "contentTypes" property is not expected on the ensureBlob type and should be replaced with "types". Later in the line, "images/png" seems to be a typo for "image/png".

Huge thanks for nuxt hub, so much fun to use !!
