useLocalePath() and then <NuxtLinkLocale> wrongly encoding paths for some uris #2971

Reproduction

const localized = useLocalePath()('/events/dailies/event-26/page-3'); console.log(localized);

Will output "/en/events/dailies%2Fevent-26/page-3" (for english f.e.)

Describe the bug

For some uris useLocalePath() encodes just some portions of them - braking navigation
