Resolves #9

Some notes:

It still uses @nuxtjs/color-mode
- We can drop it, but I don't understand why would we as if we want to support Color Mode, that module is the best & preferred way for Nuxt?
It does not rely on @nuxt-themes/tokens anymore, yet this dependency is still used in .demo
Inlined some (4) tokens value as there was only 1 token from a whole 10 tokens object used
Adds main.css, where we could put some needed global styles for Typography
