fix: Unknown option `--accept-server-license-terms`

🐛 The bug

I followed the coder instructions (https://coder.com/docs/code-server/latest/install#macos) but when I launch vs code from the devtools I get this error

🛠️ To reproduce

• Install Coder server (tested on Mac)
• Run a Nuxt application with devtools in dev mode
• Try to launch VS Code in the devtools

🌈 Expected behavior

Is it perhaps an option only required by the official VS Code server?
