`ref` is not defined Nuxt 3 #195

Apparently this was the only way I got this configuration to work. Is the README wrong?

Ok I have just realized that this is the plugin not the config but then why is there an extends section

Also, Nuxt's eslint-config appears to be under @nuxtjs?
