chore: refactor to nuxt 4 compatibility

• Use latest Nuxt + enable compatibilityVersion to 4
• Use Eslint 9
• New directory structure
• Update the black color to our deep blue
• Move types to types/ directory
• Cleanup what's composables / app utils / global utils
