feat(modules): added latest version of module to module page #1621

Added the module version to the module page from module.stats.version and added missing declaration to stats.

Fixed the linting error (https://github.com/nuxt/nuxt.com/pull/1621/commits/4e75934b472829a64316ab6e6c4a027c1f47ad80) causing it not to go through

Corrected the tooltip text and version href is now linking to /releases
