feat: allow module maintainers to assign role #53

Currently a proof of idea.. Have renamed memberRole to nuxterRole, canUnlockBadge to canUnlockNuxterBadge.

Current maintainers will go to nuxters.nuxt.com, logout, and connect with GitHub again to enable "Unlock badge", and it should assign the new role.
