Merge Contribution Guides #1

Hey all! 👋

Currently we have two contribution guides up: In the docs and the repo. They both have almost identical content.

I'd suggest merging them, either to the docs or the repo, whatever makes more sense to you guys! 🤷‍♂️

We can keep only one on the docs and just put a link in the repo to the docs
