eslint-nuxt plugin

On the long run we should think about an eslint-nuxt plugin that makes DX for Nuxt devs even better!

Some rule ideas:

• Warning/Error when using this in asyncData/fetch
• Warning/Error when using window/document in created/beforeCreate
• ...

Additional suggestions to the things above:

• Error when using setInterval in created/beforeCreate
• Probably some nuxt.config.js rules
• Trying to access context.isServer in asyncData/fetch/nuxtServerInit

• Trying to access process.client(process.server ) in mounted/beforeMount/nuxtServerInit
• Maybe warn when using a href with local path. Although need to be clever e.g. no warn for files e.g. /download/somehting.pdf . Maybe only for path that are nuxt ones ( if its possible see next item)
• Trying to use nuxt link with non existent path ( dont really know if its can be properly implemented :) )
• Using vuex state without function
• Using random in created/beforeCreate

• No invalid plugin mode in 'nuxt.config.js'(maybe should be done in ts check)
