📚 Description

In current JavaScript/TypeScript development, there is a trend for *.config.{ts,js} to be used in the root. Pooya is advocating the use of .config/ in response to this.

Renovate can use .github/renovate.json.

Since this is a config file related to CI/CD, I would like to suggest moving it to .github/.
