feat: add usePinterestTag #14

Adds Pinterest tag. I'm not that familiar with Pinterest tag so feel free to suggest changes.

I'm going to close this as it's drifted quite far from the new implementation of registry scripts. If you're keen to get this in feel free to update, otherwise any help you can give me towards https://github.com/nuxt/scripts/issues/30 would be more useful.
