docs(pt): update `i18n/pt-PT.js` content #2236

In this pull request, I would like to mark the beginning of update of Portuguese documentation to match the work that I am doing over the pt.vuejs.org and that will be done over nuxt-docs-pt for Nuxt 3.

Vue 2 and Nuxt 2 are more present than programmers think, so I am counting with your help and support in this ambitious effort.

@smarroufin, you promised in the last the right to do the updates to Portuguese documentation without be blocked. @ChristopheCVB, I hope you're still available to review the work I will be doing, and this time I will use small pull requests.
