[Persian/Farsi (فارسی)] translate new guides #555

New guides section needs to be translated.

Hi, these translations are for directory-structure check #1654

📝 guides -> directory-structure

There is somthin that i wanted to mention: direction of the pre tag and code tag must be LTR. and only the pre tags are ltr. since we have a lot of code tag in the markdown , code direction must be in LTR too.

I attached 2 file that the second file direction is correct :

I don't see a guides page, and I don't see the files that are checked off. There isn't a Persian folder for the documentation.

Is this issue still relevant or am I missing something?? @debs-obrien
