The command is valid and the tag Assignment one existed but the id is out of bound

Expected error message: invalid input Actual: Invalid command

Team's Response

The error message is updated from "index out of bounds" to the current format. The rationale being the current message is more general and allow us to keep the error messages consistent across a few different command input errors.

But we accept the alternate opinion and accept the bug report as a noInScope report.
