cannot use tut tag id theres already assignment tag with the same name

I tried to mark tut tag to as but cannot even though there is an assiting tut tag called 'assignment 1'

The first screenshot shows the intended behaviour (the user is adding a duplicate valid tutorial tag, the command is thus rejected) The command in the second screenshot failed because the input was not in the correct format: correct format: mark INDEX /t assignment1 /ts as, but the user missed out the INDEX

Reason for disagreement: Sorry for unclear explanation. I was running out of time. In contact cannot have an assignment tag called 'assignment1' and a tutorial tag called ''assignment1' at the same time

I set assignment tag assignment1 to CG

When I set tutorial tag 'assignment 1' as absent, the assignment tag 'assignment1' change to red but it does not show two 'assignment1' tag even though they are 2 different tags (see the screenshot below)
