The character in the https://youtu.be/hmV4v_EnB0E looks very cool! Want to know what platform is used for visualize in the video? UE or unity or Issac-gym?

The visualizations were produced using NVIDIA's Omniverse. It's not part of the IsaacGym visualizer.
