It looks like there have been a moment where the repository location of the Dropbox add-on was not known. This PR fixes this as the location is sure, on Github and add Dropbox to automatic.crontab and to available addons for translation.

@feerrenrut I don't understand, what is missing for this pull request to be merged? You mention the symlink to enable but I suppose it is not to be a part of this PR as this folder is ignored.

I mentioned this as a reminder for myself that creating the symlink needs to be done. For this I'll need to access the server. I have been waiting on confirmation that the first registration I did was successful. I'll add this one and several other shortly.
