The following page is not fully translated on the website: https://addons.nvda-project.org/addons/nvdacompat.fr.html

However, in the screenreadertranslations SVN repo, the file /website/addons/nvdacompat.fr.po is fully translated.

Seems that the translation material has finally arrived on my side. Probably an update error on my side. Closing and sorry for the inconvenience.
