Report tooltips not working in any browsers #10823

Steps to reproduce: using the NVDA mouse with a magnifying glass when the "report tooltips" option is enabled in any browser other than firefox, no notifications are voiced. I tried beta version 2019.3, stable and extreme alpha. also tried on windows 10 1809. not readable anywhere.

System configuration

NVDA installed/portable/running from source:

NVDA version

2019.3.1:

Windows version:

windows 10 Pro x64 1909, vc++2015-2019

Does the issue still occur after restarting your PC?

sorry, i mistake. i mean report tooltips instead notifications. edited the post

@artimei are you still having this issue with NVDA 2024.2 or 2024.3 Beta and last versions of browsers such as Firefox 127 or Chromium 127?

@Adriani90 In Firefox, the tooltips are not voiced, but the buttons themselves are. For example, the extensions panel, the "back", "home", "refresh" buttons... In Chromium, neither buttons no tooltips are voiced (as far as I know, this is a problem of Chromium itself).
