Given you are using an external monitor
And you are on google.com on Chrome
And you search for e.g.: facebook
When the page with results are displayed
Then NVDA reads differently from what is being hovered
Actual behavior:
e.g; in the screen shoot what has been read was Google Play although the actual text is section below
NVDA works properly on same scenario while browsing through Firefox
Expected behaviour:
NVDA should accurately track and read the displayed content when hovering over options text on a webpage.
I've come across issue #6598, which shares similarities with the problem I'm encountering. However, it's worth noting that since this issue doesn't affect Firefox, it could be a separate matter.
System configuration

Windows version: Windows 10 Pro 22H2

Have you tried any other versions of NVDA? If so, please report their behaviours. Yes, same.
Does the issue still occur after you run the COM Registration Fixing Tool in NVDA's tools menu? Yes
