I've contacted google disability support and they got back to me saying they've tried other screen readers and it seams to just be an NVDA issue.
I tried Narrator and that seams to be the case as it didn't say button button.
I haven't tried jaws yet but will do so if you ask me to.
Steps to reproduce:
Download the latest version of firefox or chrome and go to youtube.com and press control home to get to the top of the document, then press b and you should hear guide button button, this happens with the creat button, it's also a link for some reason, the notifications button, the account menu button says menu twice and the action buttons beneath each video heading.
Actual behavior:
Some buttons on youtube.com have their button status read out twice along with a menu.
Expected behavior:
I should just be hearing button, instead of button button.
