Did you try with Narator? Does the issue persist with it as well?
Can you clarify what Narator is? I haven't tried using it.

Steps to reproduce:
Turn on NVDA Open Canvas New Quizzes with Respondus Lockdown Browser (version 2.1.2.09) enabled Backspace, delete and arrow keys do not perform any actions unless 'insert' is also pressed
Actual behavior:
Backspace, delete and arrow keys do not perform any actions unless 'insert' is also pressed
Expected behavior:
Backspace to remove text to the right, delete to remove text to the left, arrow keys to move around text
NVDA logs, crash dumps and other attachments:
none required
System configuration
NVDA installed/portable/running from source: installed
NVDA version: 2024.3.1.33894
Windows version: Windows 11 Education (23H2)
Name and version of other software in use when reproducing the issue:
Canvas New Quizzes, Respondus Lockdown Browser, same behaviour in Edge and Chrome
