One of the biggest problems we visually impaired people have is not being able to recognize visual elements in movies or any video. If someone who sees it with us can describe it or those who are dedicated to this task can describe it.
Explain the solution you want
I read that in the future, an AI will come to NVDA that will describe photos. But why should this be its only function? Wouldn't it be great if we could get instant descriptions and do it without any time constraint on any video? I kindly ask you to evaluate this. I can understand that this cannot be done due to financial or technical impossibilities. But if the technology and other conditions allow it, I think this functionality should be added to the core of NVDA. Also, if this is done, NVDA will be the first screen reader to do this on the screen reader side.
