Same issue here with NVDA 2024.4rc1 (installed), also with Windows 10 22H2.
And same issue with NVDA 2024.1 and 2024.3 (temporary installer version).
Also Narrator reports "9 9 Window"; the "plus" sign is not vocalized with default options.
I suspect a Windows update since this issue did not occur when I had 2024.1 installed some months ago.
Steps to reproduce:
Use a Windows 10 PC and lock it via Win+L
Actual behavior:
Speaking ['99⁺', 'Fenster', CancellableSpeech (still valid)]
Expected behavior:
Any valid information - this could also mean nothing
NVDA logs, crash dumps and other attachments:
A relevant excerpt from a log is attached Prot 2 - - Filtered.txt
