Error when Editing in Edit Fields with New SAPPI Synth Driver #223

Reported by Iris on 2008-11-08 22:52 When I arrowed through the text that I'd already typed in an edit box while using the SAPPI 4 driver, I would get an error sound. Attached is the log.

Does it still occur?
Does it occur in all edit fields or just some particular fields? If the latter, describe them (application, etc.).
Does it occur for every character or just some? Is there any pattern?
What SAPI4 synthesiser were you using? (i.e. What does NVDA report as the voice?)

Comment 2 by jteh on 2009-01-09 00:42 Please retest with a recent snapshot. If you're running from source, make sure all of the dependencies (particularly comtypes) are up to date according to dependencies.txt.
