Reported by MHameed on 2012-12-08 13:40 NVDA is starting to support some languages that windows locale lookup is failing to identify.

implement a list with iso code to language name, the language names do not need to be localizable.
The codes needed are: 'am': 'Amharic' 'an': 'Aragonese' 'ar': 'Arabic'

windows 7/8 fails to recognize Aragonese, earlier versions fail to recognize all 3. Thanks.
