NVDA's profiles doesn't manage Soundcard Setting. #3635

  1. Create a triggered profile for Reaper.
  2. In Reaper, open NVDA and modify the output soundcard for synthetizer.
  3. Go in other application. The initial soundcard it not restored.

When switching to a profile which specifies a different audio output device, speech now switches as expected, even if the synthesiser is the same.

Fixes #3635.
