braille: Update message randomly in a particular web page

In a particular web page, braille update message randomly. Steps to reproduce: browser: Firefox / Internet Explorer

1. Open this page.
2. Press n (single letter nav) two times.
3. Braille: update message randomly. speech: perform as expected

it seems that this is a web design issue. But, is it possible to prevent braille update when no commands pressed via keyboard / braille display.

Notes: The test page is in Chinese.
