Enhanced support of capital letters #6360

This probably depends on #4877, or may be not. It is already possible to announce capital letters either with increased pitch, the word capital or a beep signal. However, this only works in the case of spelling. I think it would be beneficial if this would be enhanced to support the indication of uppercase letters in words or sentences as well. So, read "One TWO THree, FouR" as "capital One, all capitals TWO, capital T capital Hree, capital Fou capital R". Also, in the case of beeping, a beep for a capital in sync with the speech, with increased beeps pitch when there is a word with only uppercase letters. A use case is the translation process of NVDA, in order to be sure that the use of lower and uper case is equal in source and destination languages.

It would also be valuable when proofreading if there was an option to have capital letters announced when reading by line and reading continuously.
