Hi, looks like a braille table issue, something that should be forwarded to Liblouis people. CC @DKager

Joseph is right, although (1) is confusing at first glance. Assuming the text is entered correctly, the output should be in Tamil. So the input translation goes wrong here. This is the second such report where the user has an Orbit 20.
@dkager, I'm not expert in Tamil braille, but we are retailing Orbit 20 here in France. It seems to behave quite nicely when we change the input table eg. from French to English. Also, I get mostly English output with the Tamil table when typing on other devices. I do not know for #8862, but this very issue seems to me to be uncorrelated with the used device. See liblouis/liblouis#832 for a follow-up on this issue on liblouis' side.
@Adriani90, shouldn't we rename this issue?
Steps to reproduce:
Report received from Gramesh via E-Mail:
User advised they have NVDA set to use Tamil Grade 1 for both input and output tables. User has an Orbit reader 20 connected to PC.
Actual behavior:
1) When typing using Braille keys in Tamil, output is in English. 2) When typing on computer keyboard, output is Tamil, however extra dots 5 and 6 are produced before all consonants.
Expected behavior:
1) Output expected in Tamil as Braille output language set to Tamil. 2) No extra dots should be produced.
