add Syndrome #32

need a definition for 'Syndrome'

proposed def. = Association of symptoms, signs and other clinical findings that 
collectively indicate 
or characterize a disease or disorder.

perhaps this can be seen as a subClass of 'Clinical Picture'.

Make sure the Infectious Disease Ontology doesn't have this one covered 
already, first.
