1. hypothesis: see

is
still a controversial issue.
2. OBI currently has "clinical diagnosis" as a process
(http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/OBI_0600003) definition: a protocol application
during which a series of tests are made of a patient leading to determination of
disease state, or condition.
has_specified_input some organism and has_role some patient role
has_specified_output some diagnosis textual entity

3. Is a clinical guideline a synonym for clinical standard operating procedure
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_operating_procedure)?
4. I was looking in the file to see if there was something for "history of ..."
(in
my case I would need history of unconsciousness for example)
I wouldn't restrict to family history (it may be just that specific patient
that is
subject to losses of consciousness).
I was wondering if this would fit under predisposition: I suspect that when
using
"history of X" it implies that due to past events the patient has a disposition
that
constitutes an increased risk of the organism subsequently developing X.
Currently there is only predisposition to disease of type X, so maybe we would
need a
new type of predisposition.
If predisposition is the wrong parent, I think "history of X" should fit under
disposition in any case.
