If you change "benign colonic neoplasia" to "familial adenomatous polyposis", 
then
the statement is true.  

To address the second concern, you could say "here one physical basis is a
combination..." instead of "the physical basis is a combination...".

But this issue does not affect the representational artifact (OWL, OBO), just 
the
exposition of the paper.

This issue will not impact the ontology (qua representational artifact as Bill
mentioned).  I am modifying the status to reflect that.
