Move "bodily process", "etiological process", and "inflammation process" to be children of processual entity instead of process #50

And the direct children/descendants of these terms should follow them.

Reason: anticipation of BFO 2.0 changes, and Matthias needs it now to help with 
ACGT ontology reconciliation with OGMS.
