We are developing Brucellosis Ontology, an extension of IDO.
Brucellosis shows a variety of clinical presentations, it can mimic
various multisystem disease. So, there are a lot of terms regarding to
symptom, sign, syndrom.
After sending a mail to the IDO discussion group, Lindsay introduced your
group. It seems that I should require some terms from you.
Basicly, some general terms we need are:
cough
fever
sweating
chills
pain
-upper back pain
-lower back pain
-joint pain
-abdominal pain
-scrotal pain
-headache
weight loss
lack of appetite
fatigue
weakness
Lindsay mentioned that you are developing pain, how are you defined, and can we
use it and how? and what about other terms....
