new term - 'medication' #70

Adrien Barton (at INSERM) has suggested that OGMS would be a good place for the 
term 'medication' (also, 'medicine').

Do we agree it belongs here?

Here's a (very weak) first stab at a definition:

"A obi:processed material whose function is to alleviate the signs and symptoms 
of a disease or negatively regulate the effects of a disorder and designed to 
be realized during part of a treatment process"

Please help improve.  In particular, we need to refine the genus somehow.

It was suggested that OGMS MIREOT the term 'drug role' from OBI for this 
purpose (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/OBI_0000040)
