Is currently defined as "A process in an organism that leads to a subsequent
disorder."
However logical restriction reads " inverse ('begins to exist during') some
disorder"
"begins to exist during" specifically doesn't imply causality but only temporal
association (though I have expressed worries in the BFO group that it would be
used for causation) We should either update the textual definition to replace
"leads" - which I think is not desired for this term - or add an editor note
that the current logical restriction is too weak and that we are hoping for a
"causes" relation in an upcoming BFO
