Clarification: OHD added the term 'dental health care organization' with 
definition: 'An organization that is focused on maintaining and improving the 
oral health of a  population.'

health care organization is a term request to OGMS to be used as a superclass.

A candidate definition would be 'An organization that is focused on maintaining 
and improving the health of a  population.'

For reference the definition of organization (parent term) from OBI is 'An 
organization is a continuant entity which can play roles,  has members, and has 
a set of organization rules.  Members of organizations are either organizations 
themselves or individual people. Members can bear specific organization member 
roles that are determined in the organization rules. The organization rules 
also determine how decisions are made on behalf of the organization by the 
organization members.'
