Add Hotkey to summon Everpad Window #212

It would be really cool to have a global hotkey to get the everpad window. Should be configurable via the settings.

For launching the everpad-window itself there are plenty of other possible solutions, as you just need to start the programm. You can use the commands plugin from the compiz-config manager.

You can also create a simple shortcut for creating notes with 

everpad --create
