Notification icon in Ubuntu GNOME #380

Hi!

I'm using Ubuntu GNOME, it uses GNOME SHELL as desktop an it has the notification area for applications at bottom - right with big icons.

As you can see the Everpad icon is very small and it feels ugly, how can I change it? Any idea?
