[Edit] Original title: can't authorize Everpad in ubuntu 13.04

Hi, I'm a newbie. I installed Everpad, clicked on "Settings and Management" and clicked the Authorize button.

I put in my account name and password, and a window popped up "Authorize everpad access to your account for 1 year."

I clicked the "Authorize" button and nothing happens. The screen stays the same except a small dotted line appears around the authorize button. Strangely, I can still click on "one year" and change it to 30 days or whatever, but clicking on the Authorize button seems to have no effect at all.

Any help or ideas would be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

Update - after trying several times and closing everpad, restarting, etc, I just tried it this morning and it worked.

However, even after syncing, re-syncing, restarting, etc, all I can see is my notebook names. They all have a (0) beside them, no notes appear anywhere.

Any ideas or help on what to do would be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

I am having the same problem in 13.10, except that roughly 30-ish of my notes have synced. I can't say that I understand this. I created a note and tried to sync it up, the web version does not show it. The web version does show the application, and shows that it accessed it once today. Which means it worked at some point, but now does not. In another thread, I read about a python program, but his, apparently, was in 12.04, and I don't show that same folder at all. This might be the frustrating thing that makes us learn to program, eh?

In my case, I didn't do anything different, but after a few days everpad started working magically on its own. All my notes synced, no problems since. That's not helpful for you, sorry...except maybe checking in a few days it might have cleared itself up...? Hahaha, not helpful at all, sorry.
