Using forks and pull requests is not the most translator-friendly workflow.
I suggest to use an online translation platform, such as Transifex, which is free for and friendly to FLOSS projects.
This would allow non- or less technical folks to participate in improving Everpad by translating to new languages (e.g. #379), and allows for multiple persons to work and improve the same language.

Transifex supports the .ts translation format: Qt Linguist (TS files).
