How to install? python install python.py .... As result error: qmake not found I has installed mingw64-qt5-qmake & mingw64-qt-qmake Bat this take not result....

Have a look at https://github.com/nvbn/everpad/issues/454. You can get Everpad running, but I can't recommend it for production on Fedora yet.
